April King - York Office
Tower House Business Centre
Welcome to April King Lawyers and Independent Solicitors in York. From our offices in the delightful historic Tower House Business Centre, we advise clients on all aspects of family law and estate planning. We can help you with:
…and many other legal matters.
Our offices are based in a truly delightful property, built in the late 1800s as the Army’s Northern Command Headquarters. The impressive Clock Tower still houses the original winding. Early in the 1990s, the property was restored and refurbished for use as a business centre, but it still retains a very special character, both internally and externally.
To make your first appointment with one of our lawyers or independent solicitors, call us on 01904 236130 or email email@example.com.
Tower House Business Centre is just 5 minutes by taxi from the train station, which is served by the East Coast mainline to London, Edinburgh and points between. It is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre, and just 5 minutes from the main A64 dual carriageway (on A19 York – Selby Road).
If you’re visiting one of our lawyers or independent solicitors in York, why not make a day of it? There are so many beautiful sights in York, you’ll be spoiled for choice when deciding what to do.
Just 2.3 miles from April King’s offices, you’ll find the impressive York Minster – certainly one of the most magnificent cathedrals in the UK, if not the World. This stunning building is simply a masterpiece in stained glass and stone and a place of inspiration and wonder, boasting more than 2,000 years of fascinating history.
For the more energetic, we would heartily recommend taking one of York’s well-known cycling tours. These two hour tours will take you off the beaten track to fascinating places you are unlikely to discover on your own. They make use of cycle paths and designated lanes, going at a leisurely pace that most will be able to manage – and all the while, you’ll get a good-humoured fact-packed insight into York’s fascinating and sometimes rather grisly history.
